The localization at the central boulevard of downtown Lisbon. The quality of the architecture of a city palace of the xix century.

The main stairway of this xix century palace is quite beautiful. Why is the use of this stairway not allowed to the guests? Are we in a museum? I got a room in the top floor: in my side of the bed I could not stand because the ceiling was too low.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were very reasonable considering its prime location on a busy main avenue. The staff were attentive and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient, and our room, complete with a balcony overlooking the avenue, was kept very clean. The breakfast, which was included in the price, offered a good variety of options and the coffee was top-notch.

No significant issues that need mentioning, everything was fine.

Ensuite Shower facility was malfunctioning. However it was apparent from the base of the bathroom door that the flooding from the shower was a recurring problem and was not being delt with. Informed staff proir to departure. Otherwise all was very enjoyable.

De kamers waren knus en in een mooie stijl ingericht. De badkamers waren functioneel en goed onderhouden. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ligging van het hotel was ideaal, dicht bij het historische centrum van de stad. Natuurlijk was er een privéparkeerplaats beschikbaar. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd, met vers fruitsap en een verscheidenheid aan heerlijk brood. Kortom, dit hotel voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen.

The location of the hotel was excellent, situated on a busy main avenue and close to all the attractions in downtown Lisbon. We could easily explore the city on foot and there were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. the hotel also offered a convenient private car park for those with cars.

The staff at the hotel were unhelpful and sometimes rude, which affected our overall experience.

The in- room safe did not work and the shower need a little refurbishment.

We had to book this hotel at last minute and we were very pleasantly surprised. We got a room with a balcony, spotless and beautifully decorated. We also loved that it had a cosy bar downstairs and the staff were very friendly.
